What’s Included in a Credit Report?

Typically, a credit report will include:

  • Your name and any variations that might be associate with you, such as misspellings or a surname before marriage
  • Social Security number
  • Current and past addresses
  • Current and past employers
  • Names and addresses of current and past creditors
  • The payment status of your credit accounts
  • Public records such as tax liens, bankruptcies, or civil judgments
