Jennifer White

Jennifer White is a credit and consumer education expert based in the U.S. She has worked at Experian for over 20 years, with a focus on helping consumers understand credit reporting, improve financial literacy and navigate credit challenges.

Jennifer began her career at Experian in 2001 in the company’s consumer assistance center, where she gained in-depth knowledge of credit reporting laws and policies, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). In that role, she trained customer service representatives, conducted quality audits, and ensured compliance with legal standards and internal policies.

Since 2011, Jennifer has been a key member of Experian’s Consumer Education and Awareness team. Previously, she oversaw the production and management of the Ask Experian blog. Jennifer currently supports media relations, assists with consumer advocacy responses, and helps build and maintain partnerships that promote financial education.

Jennifer also helps manage Experian’s #CreditChat, a weekly live social media event that explores a wide range of personal finance and credit-related topics in collaboration with consumer finance experts and educators across the country.
