Bill Bollinger, Regional Director, Emergent Solutions

Bill Bollinger currently serves as an Emergent Solutions Regional Director for Experian Health. For over 18 years, Bill has worked with companies providing emerging healthcare technology solutions. He has experience working with Per-Se Technologies, McKesson and Recondo, and has presented at many healthcare events, including HFMA, NAHAM, MAHAP on topics ranging from revenue cycle to identity management trends and best practices. Bill is also an officer and chairman with the Eastern Michigan HFMA chapter and a member of HIMSS and AAHAM. He holds degrees from Baker College and the New York Institute of Technology.

Victoria Dames, Director, Identity Management

For the past 15 years, Victoria Dames has focused on building technical solutions across credit, marketing and healthcare. As Director of Identity Management, she is responsible for evolving products within healthcare around fraud & identity, specifically to help protect medical identities. Victoria grew up in Chicago, IL and holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from DePaul University and Bachelors in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Karly Rowe, Vice President, New Product Development and Identity Management

Karly Rowe is responsible for the fraud and identity solutions, which help healthcare organizations match, manage, and protect identities across the ecosystem. She is also responsible for finding new ways to leverage Experian’s data and analytics expertise to develop and deliver new, innovative solutions to the healthcare industry. Karly has been with Experian for more than 5 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Retail Management from Syracuse University and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Chris Wild, Regional Sales Director, Identity Management

Chris Wild has more than 20 years of experience having focused on cutting edge technology throughout his career. Chris has worked on connecting providers to the laboratory through EHR integrations, and became an advisor to various health systems on interoperability. Chris has also spent some time with other healthcare vendors working with technology in the area of managing preventable readmissions and chronic disease management. Throughout his career, positively identifying a patient, and ensuring appropriate patient chart matching has been at the core of his solutions. Chris grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and graduated with an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
