Over the coming months, Experian will be making multiple changes to its environment. These changes will increase the security of our systems and are important to continue to provide service to our clients.
Dates of change: 1/16, 1/22, 1/23, 1/30, 2/12, 3/12, and 6/4.
Time of change: 10pm CDT to 2am CDT (4 Hours)
Impact: The potential impact to be a loss of inflight transactions and/or a downtime of up to 5 minutes. This is most likely to happen in the first hour of the change window. Users experiencing issues should resubmit their transactions.
