This solution is a new addition to our Experian Verify product suite, designed to streamline and enhance employment verification processes. Leveraging the Employer Services Call Center, the product initiates contact with employers to confirm a consumer’s current employment status.
If the initial outreach results in a voicemail, employers have the flexibility to respond back to the call center, through a secure online form or via an interactive conversational AI, which guides them through a series of employment-related verification questions.
Once the information is collected, a comprehensive employment verification statement is automatically generated and delivered directly to the Experian client—ensuring fast, accurate, and reliable results.
The employment verification landscape still heavily relies on legacy methods—primarily traditional phone-based outreach through call centers. These outdated processes are often inefficient, with approximately 40% of outbound calls resulting in voicemail, leading to time-consuming and costly follow-up attempts.
Experian Research Verification modernizes this approach by combining the trust of call center-initiated outreach with the efficiency of digital response channels. While the initial call ensures authenticity, employers can respond through their preferred method: a secure online form, a conversational AI interface, or a return call to the center.
