How do we protect your information?

Experian continually monitors access to its systems to detect unauthorized attempts to gain access to information. We may retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.

We are committed to adequately protecting the information that we collect from you. At this current time, the information that we collect from you in connection with this product or service will not be transferred to third parties outside of the United States or its territories.
