Jennifer Schulz - Group President

Jennifer Schulz is the Group President for Experian Health and is responsible for the strategic vision and ongoing operations of its healthcare business. Jennifer joined Experian in November 2013 and led the integration of the Passport Health Communications business to form Experian Health. In addition to her health business  responsibilities, she also serves as Group President for Experian's Automotive business and Corporate Marketing group. 

Before joining Experian, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President of global product strategy, innovations and eCommerce for Visa Inc. In that role, she was responsible for the strategic direction and management of Visa’s global eCommerce business and for driving Visa’s product innovation strategy. Previous roles include managing Visa’s global consumer credit products, strategy for Visa’s processing business and leading the technology organization’s strategic planning function.  

Prior to Visa, Jennifer held strategy, product, marketing and operational roles in advisory services, as well as the healthcare and public sectors. 

Jennifer earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin.

  

Crista Harwood - Chief Administrative Officer

Crista Harwood leads the organization’s legal and contracting functions with its business partners and thousands of clients across the U.S. Before joining Experian Health, Crista practiced corporate finance law with Nashville firm Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. She has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in corporate financial transactions and is well versed in private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Crista worked as a financial analyst at General Motors Corporation and as an industrial engineer at Ford Motor Company. She earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, Flint, Mich.

 

 

Cindy Dullea - Chief Marketing Officer

Cindy Dullea started her professional career as a Registered Nurse working in the critical care and ER/Trauma departments of several large health systems. With significant experience in the healthcare arena, Cindy has worked for providers, payers and vendors. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the positions held by all major stakeholders. Most recently, she was a partner at Marbella Technologies, which was sold to GetWellNetwork in July 2014. Cindy was the SVP of Marketing for SCI Solutions and helped launch the company in 1999. She has also held positions at McKesson, HealthVISION, QuadraMed, the Eclipsys Corporation and Thomson Medstat. She holds an MBA from Stephens College and attended the Executive Business Course at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  Cindy is board certified in Nursing Informatics, a Certified Healthcare Access Manager and retired from the US Navy, holding the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Deputy Commander of the Navy Medicine National Capital Area and Deputy Director of the Navy Nurse Corps.

 

 

Michael Ochs - Chief Technology Officer

As our Chief Technology Officer, Michael Ochs is responsible for our information technology, technical architecture and systems operations. Michael maintains the integrity and performance standards for our existing solutions while exploring, identifying, qualifying and integrating new technology platforms that support the delivery of our solutions. Delivering data security and dependable, real-time service via today’s SaaS environment are central focuses for Michael and his teams of technology experts. Michael started at Passport in 1999 as a software developer and steadily progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in the development group to his current role as CTO. During his Passport tenure, Michael lead development teams that continually enhanced its flagship insurance eligibility solution, evolving it into a full-service revenue cycle platform that received Category Leader-Eligibility Verification KLAS awards from 2011-2013. 

 

 

Dan Johnson - Executive Vice President, Health Strategy

Dan Johnson is Executive Vice President, Health Strategy, of Experian Health where he is responsible for the strategic vision and growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, for Experian’s healthcare business line. He joined Experian with the acquisition of SearchAmerica® in 2008, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare transaction services and telecommunications industries to his role.

Prior to Experian, Dan led SearchAmerica, the industry leader in providing hospitals and healthcare provider data, scoring, and analytical software products and services to assist with making critical financial decisions. Prior to SearchAmerica, he founded the healthcare technology company MedServe Link Incorporated.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota.

 

 

 Kevin Gibson - Senior Vice President, Client Services

Kevin Gibson leads the Client Services organization comprised of our Implementation, Account Management and Revenue Cycle Consulting teams. Kevin joined Experian Health through the acquisition of MPV where he managed the implementation organization starting in 2010. In his 20 years of implementation management experience, he has overseen Enterprise implementation organizations for ADP in both HRIS & CRM systems. He earned a BSc of Electronic Engineering and Business Studies from Middlesex University, London.

 

 

David Fox - Senior Vice President, Customer Operations

As the SVP of Customer and Technical Support, David Fox oversees our tier one and two product support, business analysts, and enrollment. David joined Experian Health in 1999 as the Director of Customer and Technical Support and has instilled a culture of premier customer care and rapid responsiveness and focus on delivering tools that empower customers to manage the customer experience. Prior to Passport, he spent three years managing product support and implementation at First Data Financial Services and five years managing financial operations for Wells Fargo. David is a graduate of Belmont University and a six-year veteran of the United States Air Force.  

  

Nicole Rogas - Senior Vice President, Sales

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Nicole Rogas is responsible for leading Experian Health’s Sales teams focused on driving company growth through all healthcare channels including hospitals, physicians, payers, labs, pharmacies, and partnerships.  She is also responsible for the Sales Operation’s organization focused on sales reporting, sales analytics, return on investment studies, pricing strategy and industry education to our field.  Nicole brings with her a successful track record as an individual contributor as well as building successful, dynamic teams that have consistently met and exceeded all goals over the course of her 13 year career in Healthcare IT.

Nicole’s career in Healthcare began with Pro-Services, Inc. in 2003, a Milwaukee-based technology arm of Blue Cross of Wisconsin.  As an individual contributor, she worked to sell claims management submission software to physician practices and small hospitals. In 2004, Passport Health acquired Pro-Services, Inc.  Over the course of the next 10 years, Nicole moved through the ranks from individual contributor at Passport, to eventually leading the Eastern US Sales force.  In 2013, Experian Inc. acquired Passport Health to continue its growth strategy in the health IT space. Post-acquisition, Nicole was given the responsibility to lead the largest sales region and within one year, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of sales.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also obtained her MBA in Healthcare Administration and Entrepreneurship, graduating with top honors from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois while working full-time at Passport Health.

 

Jason Considine -  Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement

Jason Considine joined Experian Health in 2008 and has held numerous roles including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement, Jason’s responsibilities are managing the growth, product vision and execution of Experian Health’s patient collection and engagement solutions. Prior to Experian Health, Jason held sales and business development leadership positions at WebMD, Emdeon and Sage. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, is a member of HIMSS and HFMA and is CRCR certified.

 

Jason Wallis - Senior Vice President, Patient Access

Jason Wallis joined Experian Health 15 years ago as a senior software developer and helped build the company’s first credit card application, first authorization tool, and was the primary lead in the creation of the organization’s Address & Identity Verification solution. Jason transformed the Experian Health clearinghouse from a simple network switch to a value added network that is currently the market leader in eligibility verification by volume.  In his current role as Senior Vice President of Patient Access, Jason leads Experian Health’s Patient Access product teams and oversees its Passport eCare NEXT platform and real-time clearinghouse. Prior to joining Experian Health, Jason was a software developer with Central Parking. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Austin Peay State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.

 

Merideth Wilson -  Vice President, Contract Manager and Patient Estimates Suite

Merideth Wilson joined Experian Health in 2004 as Vice President of Marketing. She has held various Marketing and Product Management positions and currently serves as the executive responsible for the Contract Manager and Patient Estimates suite of solutions, including Contract Manager and Analysis, Claim Scrubber, Payer Alerts and Patient Estimates. As leader of the Contract Manager and Patient Estimates Development, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Reimbursement, Contracting and Outsourcing teams, she is responsible for the overall P&L performance of the suite, including the innovation, growth and overall product vision. Prior to joining Experian Health, Merideth held Marketing and Product Management leadership positions at MedQuist, Inc., Novation and Bank of America. Merideth earned an MBA from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
