We recognize that, as a healthcare provider, you are on the front lines addressing the coronavirus pandemic. It is our priority to do everything we can to support you in this mission.  We want to take this opportunity to provide you with insight into the steps we’ve taken at Experian Health to ensure continuity in our day-to-day business operations so your organizations can focus on serving your patients.

Experian follows robust business continuity protocols in the event of natural disasters or health emergencies. We are well-prepared and have systems in place to maintain our ability to serve our clients and to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers:

  • Our pandemic/infectious disease business continuity plans and workstreams are activated.
  • We have transitioned to a predominantly remote working environment, with most employees working from home. All employees have secure remote access to our systems—enabling comprehensive support, help desk and engineering functions.
  • We’ve restricted international travel and non-essential domestic travel, supporting our clients through virtual tools wherever possible.
  • We have contacted our suppliers and requested they follow our guidelines. We will also follow any specific guidelines our suppliers require of us.
  • Last, but not least, we continuously update our response to this situation as it evolves.

Again, we want to assure you that our protocols are designed to protect the health of our employees, customers and suppliers, and to support the continuous operation of your business, as you work to keep America healthy.
