Questions We Ask
Experian representatives call businesses to update the following information:

  • Address of the business
  • Highest ranking person or contact at that location and title
  • Whether the business is operated from a home or a commercial location
  • Year the business started
  • Number of employees

Questions We Don't Ask
We don't ask for sensitive or personal information. If you are requested to provide any of the following types of personal information, you should not provide this information over the phone but instead ask for specifics regarding the origin of the call and a phone number or address of the caller.

  • Personal financial information
