Raudy Perez (He / Him / Él)
Raudy Perez leads inclusion and belonging external partnerships at Experian North America, advancing financial inclusion and supporting diverse talent initiatives in the U.S., Costa Rica, and Chile. He also oversees inclusion and belonging efforts in Chile, Costa Rica and Spanish Latin America. With 14 years in HR and DEI across financial services, he brings deep expertise to his role.

Raudy enjoys horror films, sand volleyball, travel, and being “Tio Raudy” to six nieces and nephews. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from UT Austin and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
Victoria Lim
Victoria Lim is an Emmy and AP-honored journalist known for pioneering multimedia storytelling across broadcast, print, and digital. Her career spans global entertainment, tech, auto manufacturing, sports, and beauty. She now leads communications at Experian, focusing on Inclusion, Belonging, Sustainability, and culture.
She taught journalism at the University of Missouri, Tampa, and South Florida, and was inducted into Temple University’s Journalism Hall of Fame.
Victoria serves on boards including Groundswell and OCPRSA, and co-founded AAJA’s award-winning Sports Task Force.
