We actively support the potential of all expressions of diversity, including but not limited to thought, style, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, underrepresented populations, ethnicity, disability, culture and experience.

As part of our efforts to build a workplace representative of our communities, transparency is paramount. Our current North America employee demographics* show our progress and remind us of the need for continued focus.

37% of employees are drawn from underrepresented populations.

54% of new hires are women, 51% are from underrepresented groups.

Serving communities

We’re working toward greater financial and social inclusion in the communities we serve. We’ve partnered with more than 25 nonprofit and diversity organizations on initiatives to drive systemic change, and support credit education, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and homeownership. The Heart of Experian and United for Financial Health are examples of our commitment.

Every year, we strengthen our commitment to diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion. Recently, we amplified our support for the physical, mental and financial well-being of our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic while also enhancing our efforts to hire, develop and promote talented employees from underrepresented populations.
