Our deep commitment to social and financial inclusion is entrenched in our workplace culture, our partnerships and our continuing endeavors to promote economic opportunity for all.
Experian’s internal culture reflects our dedication to building an environment where all employees feel welcome and know they can thrive. We carry those values into our relationships with community partners, influencers and other stakeholders to help reduce barriers to financial equity.
Thanks to our consistent presence at conferences, including Out & Equal, Disability:IN, AfroTech, BLK Men in Tech and the Grace Hopper Celebration, we continue to discover and hire talented people who elevate our workplace culture through their skills and personal contributions.Learn more about working at Experian
We join forces with experts and community leaders for good. Our global United for Financial Health program provides financial education and resources for vulnerable communities, and we’ve established new partnerships with the National Urban League in Atlanta and other cities to increase our impact.
We partner with key regulatory organizations, including the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, to help accelerate the removal of barriers to financial inclusion. We’ve joined other banking, business technology and national civil rights groups to provide increased financial and technical assistance to help small and minority-owned businesses thrive.
Embracing a truly inclusive culture, where everyone feels a real sense of belonging, is critical to building a diverse workforce and fostering innovation. Our diversity and inclusion efforts have always focused on how we can contribute to a more equitable society within our Experian family, the communities we operate in and among the consumers we serve. We’re committed to being an agent for change.
We’re writing a new chapter each day as we work to make our organization more representative of the consumers, clients and communities we serve.
At Experian®, we want you to bring your whole self to work because we believe in the full power of you. Our Power of YOU Council holds us accountable and ensures we achieve our stated commitments.
