SUMMARY OF UPDATES
We have updated the Terms of Use Agreement governing your use of Experian’s products and services. There are definitional updates to the Overview and Acceptance of Terms section. A new section, Notice to Existing Customers, has been added concerning the effective date of the updated Terms of Use Agreement, your right to reject changes, the effect of rejection, and the deadline to do so. The Amendments section has been updated to delete the previous reference to subsection (g) of the dispute resolution provisions. The Dispute Resolution By Binding Arbitration section has been updated. Those updates make conforming changes to the definitions; add greater specificity to the existing scope of the delegation clause; add greater specificity to the existing scope of arbitrable claims; and add procedural provisions related to resolving mass arbitration. There are updates to the Authenticationsection to facilitate greater authentication. The Limitation of Liability section has been updated to make clear that statutory claims under state or federal law are excluded from the clause. There are also updates to additional Terms and Conditions applicable to Experian Boost, Financial Management Tools, Experian Insurance Services, and Subscription Management and Bill Negotiation.
