  • Can I opt out of your mailing list?
  • Yes, you can opt out when registering, by selecting the checkbox "Yes, please send me emails about special offers, exclusives and promotions." Or, once you are logged in you may go to "My Account", click on the "Account Information" tab, and opt out.

  • How do I log in?
  • Existing customers can log in by clicking on the "Sign in" link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, by clicking the following URL, or by cutting and pasting the address into your browser's address bar: In the Returning Customer Sign In box, fill in your email address and password.

  • Do you store my credit card information?
  • Yes, customers have the option of having Experian store credit card information in order to make future purchases faster and easier. All credit card data is encrypted and stored on our secure servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

  • Is your data secured?
  • Yes, our data is secured. Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send us as well as the information we send back to you. Experian's new security standard requires 128-bit encryption and will require Internet Explorer 4.0 or above or Netscape 4.0 or above.

  • What do I do if I forget my password?
  • To get password help:
    From the Customer Login page, click on the 'Forgot your password' link. Enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. Be certain to enter the email address you used when creating your account. You will receive an email with a temporary link to reset your password. You may also call customer service at 1 888 808 8242.
