At Experian, we foster a working environment where our people are engaged, stimulated
and empowered to achieve their highest professional and personal aspirations. We also
empower our employees to make a positive difference in the communities in which we
serve and live. With a local focus, each of our locations supports dedicated committees
that encouraged our employees to pursue their individual passions for community betterment.
Through the Heart of Experian, our dedicated community involvement program, we
proudly contribute to many employee-driven initiatives including:
Volunteer Matching Provides a $500 donation for every 50 hours you volunteer with
a non-profit organization.
Volunteer For A Day Donation/Change for Change – We donate $100 to a non-profit
organization in support of a particular employee-involved event.
College Scholarship Awards – Each year we award $1,000 scholarships to 20
high school seniors who are children of Experian employees.
Junior Elite Awards – Each year we award $200 U.S. Savings Bonds to 50 children
of Experian employees in grades 6-9.
As a result of these and other initiatives, our employees volunteered nearly 5,000
hours of their personal time and we donated over $100,000 to charitable and educational
causes in the past year.
In addition, we have partnered with Consumer Action, the national non-profit education
and advocacy organization to sponsor the first National Financial Empowerment Conference.
The conference provides an opportunity for attendees to exchange best practices and
proven strategies for financial empowerment.
