"I started my career with Experian back in 2014. I had multiple development opportunities within the company since I joined as an HR Generalist, held a Talent Acquisition Lead role, and was recently promoted to a Senior HR Business Partner – Regional Functions. In my current role, I am partnering the regional Sales and Finance teams to deliver their People agenda in line with the business priorities. In my job, I need to understand and combine knowledge and experience in a variety of HR fields – from talent attraction, through talent management, leadership development, reward and recognition, and driving a high-performance culture.
Experian is among the top employers to work for – it’s growing, it’s forward-thinking, it’s dynamic and ever-changing.
We have a great company culture with values focused on collaboration, delighting customers, innovations, compliance and treating everyone with respect.
We’re committed to employee well-being where everyone’s personal engagements are as important as their professional ones.
And last but not least, it’s our colleagues that make the company a great place to work. Working with professionals who share a similar purpose, makes me come to the office with a smile every day."

"The greatest asset of Experian is the people. You will work with motivated professionals who are always ready to help and share their knowledge and experience with other people. We feel like a big family more than like a big company.

You can always ask someone for help, from people you’ve never met before, even people from the senior management, and help will be given. If you are ready to be part of our team and want your opinion to be valued, you are the perfect match for us".

"I think that change makes us better people and we are going forward thanks to it. People who are not afraid of change and are ready to make changes by themselves are those who succeed. The other ingredient that you need is to enjoy the ride.

Working in an international environment with specialists from all over the world, always bringing interesting ideas, views, and providing knowledge exchange, is one of the best things to get a broader perspective and knowledge. This is just one of the things helping your personal development. The company also supports you with internal and external training related to your position, language courses, and finally, training aiming at providing you with social and communication skills".
