Cindy Dullea, Chief Marketing Officer
Cindy Dullea started her professional career as a Registered Nurse working in the critical care and ER/Trauma departments of several large health systems. With significant experience in the healthcare arena, Cindy has worked for providers, payers and vendors. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the positions held by all major stakeholders. Most recently, she was a partner at Marbella Technologies, which was sold to GetWellNetwork in July 2014. Cindy was the SVP of Marketing for SCI Solutions and helped launch the company in 1999. She has also held positions at McKesson, HealthVISION, QuadraMed, the Eclipsys Corporation and Thomson Medstat. She holds an MBA from Stephens College and attended the Executive Business Course at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Cindy is board certified in Nursing Informatics, a Certified Healthcare Access Manager and retired from the US Navy, holding the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Deputy Commander of the Navy Medicine National Capital Area and Deputy Director of the Navy Nurse Corps.
Jason Considine - Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement
Jason Considine joined Experian Health in 2008 and has held numerous roles including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement, Jason’s responsibilities are managing the growth, product vision and execution of Experian Health’s patient collection and engagement solutions. Prior to Experian Health, Jason held sales and business development leadership positions at WebMD, Emdeon and Sage. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, is a member of HIMSS and HFMA and is CRCR certified.
David Fox, Senior Vice President, Customer and Technical Support
As the SVP of Customer and Technical Support, David Fox oversees our tier one and two product support, business analysts, and enrollment. David joined Passport in 1999 as the Director of Customer and Technical Support and has instilled a culture of premier customer care and rapid responsiveness and focus on delivering tools that empower customers to manage the customer experience. Prior to Passport, he spent three years managing product support and implementation at First Data Financial Services and five years managing financial operations for Wells Fargo. David is a graduate of Belmont University and a six-year veteran of the United States Air Force.
Paul Hoffman, Vice President of Product Development
Paul Hoffman is responsible for creating and designing our patient portal solutions. He pioneered the patient-friendly billing movement in 1991 at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago and his efforts lead to the launch of a uniquely human-centered approach to patient-communications at premier health systems like Cedars-Sinai, Stanford Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Advocate, Sutter Health and UCSF. In 2001, Paul developed the industry’s first self-service Online Business Office for patients, which is used by over 500 hospitals in America, touching over 50 million people across the country. Paul is a passionate visionary devoted to using design thinking and developing technology to improve the patient experience.
Jorge Wong, Senior Product Director - PaymentSafe
Jorge Wong is responsible for developing Experian Health’s PaymentSafe solution. Jorge has over 20 years of experience working with hospitals to create more efficient, effective and patient-friendly payment solutions at point-of-service. He helped design one of the first POS collection products for the healthcare industry, which is still in use today. Jorge has been with Experian Health and its affiliate companies throughout his healthcare career. Prior to entering the healthcare field, he was a CPA with one of the nation’s top accounting firms.
