I had multiple development opportunities within the company since I joined as an HR Generalist, held a Talent Acquisition Lead role, and was recently promoted to a Senior HR Business Partner – Regional Functions. In my current role, I am partnering the regional Sales and Finance teams to deliver their People agenda in line with the business priorities. In my job, I need to understand and combine knowledge and experience in a variety of HR fields – from talent attraction, through talent management, leadership development, reward and recognition, and driving a high-performance culture.
