Jennifer LeuerPresident Experian® Affinity
Jennifer Leuer is President of Experian Consumer Services’ Affinity Business Unit, which drives increased revenue and efficiency through providing competitive solutions to clients. Her responsibilities include overall leadership and strategic direction for the Affinity business, growth initiatives for existing clients and developing new business.
Prior to serving as President at Experian, Leuer was a General Manger at Auction.com, leading the consumer-to-consumer residential and, later, the commercial real estate groups. During her tenure with Experian, Leuer has also spent several years in senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and General Manager. She led the integration of multiple product groups and white label brands, and was accountable for leading membership retention and growth strategies as well as developing holistic mobile strategy.
Leuer received her MBA from University of California Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She is also a certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.
Aaron SnyderVice President, Client Services Experian® Affinity
Aaron Snyder is Vice President of Affinity Client Services at Experian Consumer Services (ECS). In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership and strategic execution of the Affinity business, which includes growth initiatives for existing clients, developing new business and managing relationships with key clients.
Before joining ECS, Aaron served as Regional Vice President, Employee Engagement Solutions Group at Blackhawk Network, a leading prepaid and payments global company. He led the U.S. Direct Sales organization focusing on account penetration, business development, and talent recruitment. Prior, he was Regional Vice President, Global Corporate Payments at American Express. In his role, Snyder was responsible for the Western US.
For the past six years Aaron has been on staff as an Executive in Residence with the University of Tennessee Haslam School of Business where he teaches, coaches and mentors both undergraduate and graduate Business Analytics students.
Aaron earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in GIS from University of Redlands in California, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
James HilliardSenior Director, Product Management Experian® Affinity
James is Senior Director of Product Management at Experian Consumer Services - Affinity. In this role, James is responsible for the management of the Affinity Product client portfolio, product strategy and leadership of the product management function. He has a keen emphasis on product vision and strategy, identifying new opportunities and capitalizing on rapidly changing market dynamics with existing clients.
James joined Experian in 2009 and has already garnered experience working in all four divisions of the company – Credit Services, Decision Analytics, Marketing Services and now Consumer Services. Each role has been diverse delivering new products to market at speed, contributing to merger and acquisitions activity and developing talented product managers within the business.
James has over eighteen years’ experience in large corporates and start up organizations with a focus on business strategy and leadership. Previous roles working in Research, Information Services and Telecommunications covered sales, marketing, product, research and data. James has a passion for the customer and collaborating to meet their needs with best in class products, services and efficient business processes.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Advertising from the University of Bedfordshire in the United Kingdom.
