The implementation team works with each of our valued clients to ensure the successful
implementation of all Experian Health products and consultative services. When a new
agreement is signed, the implementation team collaborates with the client to ensure
a reliable and secure data flow, system configuration and business process workflow
for all purchased products and consultative services.
Each new client is assigned an implementation consultant or project manager who
is responsible for coordinating and managing all facets of an implementation. Components
of client implementations may include site visits; the delivery of implementation
documentation; management of all implementation milestones; and oversight by the Experian
Health team to enable technical integration and ensure successful product use. This
individual acts as a single point of contact for the client throughout the process
and ensures that each implementation is finished on time and with the highest quality.
