An account manager is assigned to each client after the initial implementation of an Experian Healthcare product is successfully completed. Account managers work closely with our clients, striving to match their business needs with our product and consultative service capabilities. Through ongoing communication, the account manager delivers the highest level of client service and ensures product and service success at each client site.
The account management team reviews, understands and tracks each client’s performance goals and meets regularly with our clients to review their status and progress. As a result of this partnership, clients have access to best practices that allow each organization to streamline internal business processes, which leads to enhanced payer contract performance, improved patient collections and increased revenue.
