Supplier COVID Vaccination and Mask Requirements

All suppliers and visitors who enter an Experian office must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including having received the COVID-19 booster shot if eligible. In addition, all persons must follow requested face covering guidelines. 

All persons who attend or provide in-person services at an Experian event held at an Experian office, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and comply with the applicable mask and social distancing requirements.  

All persons should submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to Experian personnel/designee to enter an Experian facility.  Acceptable proof of vaccine includes: (i) the record of immunization from a health care provider or pharmacy; (ii) a copy of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; (iii) a copy of medical records documenting the vaccination; (iv) a copy of immunization records from a public health, state or tribal immunization information system; or (v) a copy of any other official documentation that contains the type of vaccine administered, date(s) of administration, and the name of the health care professional(s) or clinic sit(s) administering the vaccine(s).   Vaccine records will not be retained by Experian for non-employees.

Fully vaccinated:  Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 means two weeks after administration of a booster dose after the required waiting period from the last COVID vaccination (6 months from a second Pfizer or Moderna shot; or 2 months from a Johnson & Johnson shot). Any vaccine approved for use by the World Health Organization (WHO) is acceptable.
