Net Connect access

What is Net Connect?
Net Connect is Experian's non-browser based access method. It allows you to leverage your existing Credit Bureau Access Software while using the Internet to achieve faster response times, increased report volume and better security. Additionally, there is no Experian per-transaction fee to access Net Connect.

How to access Net Connect
Step 1: Obtain a copy of Net Connect certified software from an Experian Certified Net Connect Vendor. You can also write your own software, which would be subject to the same certification process as a vendor. 
Step 2: Complete the Experian Access Request form for Net Connect, available at Experian’s client registration or from Customer Support at 800 831 5614. Return the form to Experian.
Step 3: Your Head Designate identifies a specific Net Connect User.
Step 4: Your System Administrator puts the Net Connect User ID into your software
Step 5: Begin accessing Net Connect

Security
Net Connect supports application level encryption (SSL2) and all traffic is 128 bit encrypted. The Net Connect certification assures that the client software is hardened. Our security platform and applications on this platform are reviewed and audited by a third party vendor. Security controls, procedures and polices are placed through a rigorous security assessment process. In addition, Net Connect has real time intrusion detection.
