Colleen Rose, Senior Product Manager for Experian, brings 25-plus years of CRM and ARM expertise with a focus on data analytics and contact management optimization. Prior to Experian, Colleen worked for third-party agencies in business development and account management, as well as for issuers (Capital One, T-Mobile), running call centers dedicated to credit activation, customer service, collections and recoveries. She has a BBA from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Richmond.
