Richard leads Experian’s global Social Innovation Programme and also heads up their UK&I Corporate Responsibility team. Richard joined Experian as Head of Internal Communications in 2012, having led employee communication functions at Citibank, Capital One and Egg. In 2014 his team won the Institute of Internal Communications (IOIC) in-house team of the year at their national awards ceremony. Richard has been leading Corporate Responsibility for the UK&I region since 2015 and also added Social Innovation to his accountabilities at the beginning of 2018. This programme has invested over $8m in circa 30 projects since 2013, and is on track to reach 100m people by 2025.
