Accessibility in the workplace is not a one-time achievement. It’s something we work to strengthen every day. That’s why we’re especially proud to that Experian has been recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business across four countries: the United States (fifth consecutive year), United Kingdom (third consecutive year), Brazil (second consecutive year) and for the first time, Australia.

The Disability Index® is one of the world’s leading benchmarking tools for measuring workplace disability inclusion and accessibility. This year’s recognition highlights the progress Experian is making globally to remove barriers and foster an environment where people of all abilities can contribute, grow and succeed.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to take meaningful steps to improve accessibility across our business. In Brazil and Australia, we launched assistive technology storefronts that help employees access tools and resources tailored to a wide range of needs and working styles. We also continue to advance accessibility across our products, services and digital experiences, including ongoing efforts to align with international standards.
Beyond the workplace, the Support Hub in the United Kingdom continues to grow, helping people share their support and access needs with multiple organizations through a single, standardized process. LV = is the latest organization to join the platform.
While we’re pleased to celebrate this milestone, we know accessibility and inclusion are ongoing commitments. The addition of Australia to this year’s recognition is an encouraging sign of the progress being made across our global organization, and we’re committed to continuing that momentum in the years ahead.
