George Francis is a Senior Director with Experian Employer Services, helping employers maximize available tax credits and incentives. He is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) with over 30 years experience working with incentives and tax credits related to business expansion and site selection.

Previously George helped employers of various sizes manage tax credits as a Senior Director with Tax Credit Co., and also spent 19 years with Deloitte as a Managing Director in their Credits & Incentives practice, where he was the leader of the South Central region.  George’s primary focus is the delivery of meaningful cash and tax savings to clients via tax credits and above the line incentives to businesses throughout the business/facility life cycle.  He has in-depth expertise in tax credits, enterprise zones, business relocation/expansion, and employment programs.  He serves a wide range of clients involved in oil & gas, consumer business, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and distribution.  George holds a Master of Public Policy from University of Texas at Dallas.
