Stan Oliai is Group President of Experian’s Financial Services and Data business. Overseeing $2 billion in revenue with a team of over 2000 employees, he leads the engine behind North America’s largest credit bureau and trusted decisioning infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and lenders nationwide. In this role, he is responsible for product, technology, delivery, sales, marketing, consulting, and strategy across credit services that power core credit reporting, marketing, risk management, identity, and data-driven analytics at scale.

Under his leadership, the business continues to evolve from traditional credit reporting to a comprehensive, data-driven platform that empowers smarter, faster, and more inclusive financial decisions. His teams drive innovation through high-quality data assets, advanced analytics, AI-powered solutions, and modern software platforms that help partners and clients make decisions, target and acquire consumers, manage risk, reduce operating costs, refine data quality, and better serve their customers and businesses. Previously, Oliai led Experian’s Integrated Sales and Marketing group as well as the Consulting and Decision Sciences businesses, bringing deep hands-on experience from financial services organizations on both the lender and consulting sides. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Consulting for Experian Decision Analytics. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fraud and Identity Solutions, he directed the region’s fraud prevention and identity strategy, advancing predictive solutions powered by robust data and advanced analytics.

A recognized industry leader and trusted voice in credit scoring, Oliai has represented Experian before the United States Congress on two occasions as an expert, reinforcing his role as a trusted voice in industry policy and thought leadership.
