Hotel reservations
A negotiated room rate of $299, plus applicable fees and taxes, is available to registered Vision 2022 attendees. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel room.

Air travel
Conference attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own air travel reservations. Please contact your local provider to make your arrangements. The closest airports to the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE are:

Ground transportation
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the hotel and airport with the exception of Thursday, April 14, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. when we’ll be providing complimentary departure service from the hotel to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Attendees are responsible for all transportation to and from the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).
The JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE is located approximately 17.2 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 16 miles from the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).
Taxis, rideshare services and shuttles, as well as all major rental car companies, are available at both airports. The hotel does not provide its own shuttle service to/from the hotel and either airport.
Taxi fare is approximately $50 one way from LAX and approximately $60 one way from BUR. Rideshare fares vary. You’re responsible for your own arrival and departure transportation with the exception of the departure service mentioned above.
Parking
Overnight parking is $49 plus tax for each vehicle, subject to change.
