The early-bird fee of $1,295 is valid until Monday, Jan. 17. The price will increase to $1,695 on Tuesday, Jan. 18. On Thursday, March 31, the fee goes up to $1,995. The fee includes all meals, refreshment breaks, access to all general and breakout sessions, all conference and session materials, entertainment, and one networking activity.
Group rates are also available. For groups of 5 or more attendees, enjoy a special discount of $100 off per registrant.
Conference registrations may be canceled in writing until Monday, March 14. Please email your cancellation request to visionconference@experian.com. Refunds won’t be issued for registrants who don’t attend if they haven’t provided written notification prior to Monday, March 14. Substitutions will be accepted through the registration closing date of Monday, March 14.

The JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE has a negotiated room rate of $299 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, for registered Vision 2022 attendees. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel reservation.

Room reservations must be made by Monday, March 14, to guarantee the discounted group rate.
Yes, we invite you to arrive early and/or extend your stay and enjoy the area. The conference rate of $299, plus applicable taxes and fees, is offered 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, depending on availability at the time you make your reservation. Remember the cutoff for receiving the room rate is Monday, March 14 and based upon availability.
Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation upon arriving at either Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).
Complimentary departure shuttle service from the hotel to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will be provided on the last day of the conference on Thursday, April 14, from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m.
We’re all used to comfy-casual and athleisurewear, but get excited to dust off those business/smart casual and cocktail attire pieces and pack them with you for Vision 2022. Recommended attire for all sessions is business/smart casual and cocktail attire for evening events.
