If you’d like to extend your stay outside of July 8–12, the courtesy rate is $550 (plus resort fees and tax) per night. This rate is for a standard room, and is offered for three nights prior to group arrival day and three nights post-group departure day. A personal credit card and a deposit are required for all extensions. All extensions have a 14-day cancellation policy. Please note your desired check-in and checkout dates on the “hotel information” portion of your registration, and email your request to corporateevents@experian.com.

Airfare

You must book your airfare through Amex by Wednesday, May 28th, 2025. Airfare booked by any other means won’t be covered by the award trip cost center. Round-trip nonrefundable coach airfare tickets are included in the trip for you and your guest. Any expenses associated with upgrades or flight variations are your responsibility.

Additional airfare due to changes and additional airfare due to itinerary deviations aren’t included. Any upgrades or fees for preferred seats aren’t included.

Baggage fees

Checked baggage fees — up to one bag per person, roundtrip — are included. Baggage receipts must be uploaded to the SAP Concur app. No expense reports will be accepted.

Baggage fees exceeding one checked bag per person aren’t included. Overweight/oversized baggage fees aren’t included.

Roundtrip ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel is included. Ground transportation between your home and your local airport isn’t included.

Personal/leisure ground transportation around the destination isn’t included.
