Eileen Merken, Product Solutions Specialist
Eileen Merken has been with Experian Simmons since 1998. As Product Solutions Specialist, she is responsible for working with prospective custom clients to understand their research needs and provide the most efficient and cost-effective methods to meet those needs. Merken also develops written analyses for clients that provide a clear understanding of their custom research for a variety of purposes, including product tracking; product development; and sales, marketing and promotions.
Prior to joining Experian Simmons, Merken worked in the media research industry for companies including MTV Networks and The Palm Beach Post.
Merken received a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Monmouth University.
Julie Warriner, Project Management Manager
Julie Warriner has been with Experian Simmons since June 2002. In her role, Warriner manages the Project Management team, which is responsible for the planning, execution and account management of various critical custom research projects, including proprietary segmentation systems, data integration, primary research studies, online tracking studies and syndicated study enhancements. In addition, Warriner is part of the team responsible for custom proposal development and project pricing and budgeting.
Prior to joining Experian Simmons, Warriner served as a Research Analyst for the Florida Government Survey Research Center in Tallahassee, Fla. There she was part of a research team whose principal function was to improve the communication and organizational performance of state and local governments.
Warriner holds a Master of Arts in mass communication with an emphasis on media research and a Bachelor of Arts in television production from Florida State University.
Kelli Pietramale, Project Manager II
Kelli Pietramale has been with Experian Simmons since 2006. In her role as Project Manager, she facilitates the various tasks for custom research projects, including questionnaire development and implementation, monitoring and communicating updates for fielding, and preparing the final data for clients.
Prior to joining Experian Simmons, Pietramale worked for The MSR Group for nine years. She held various positions, including Project Manager in the focus group division and Director of Staff Development, where she recruited, hired and trained interviewers for their call center.
Pietramale earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Iowa. She also completed the Regents Spanish Language Program at the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain and received moderator training from the Burke Institute.
Elle Chalfin, Project Manager II
As a project manager with Experian Simmons since 2008, Elle Chalfin manages the workflow of Simmons Integrated Marketing Solutions (SIMS) custom research studies, providing guidance to colleagues, vendors and clients to acquire optimal project results for SIMS clientele.
Prior to joining Experian Simmons, Chalfin worked in the Internet marketing sector of the e-commerce field as a market research analyst. There she was responsible for research, development and managing Internet marketing projects with strategic partners in more than 25 countries on six continents in addition to developing a corporate affiliate marketing program.
A graduate of Northeastern University, Chalfin holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, which includes the study of survey research, experimental design and methodologies. Chalfin is a member of several marketing groups, including the eMarketing Association Network, the Online Marketing Network and the Market Research Event.
Kamal Sandhu, Software Programmer II
Kamal Sandhu has been a software programmer with Experian Simmons since 2007. She is responsible for programming all online custom studies and also helps with other online study projects. She also is responsible for programming the Multi-Media Engagement Study.
Prior to working for Experian Simmons, Sandhu worked with Universal Survey Center, Social Science Research Council as a software programmer.
Sandhu holds a Master of Business Administration with specialization in management information systems (MIS) and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science from India. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from India.
