With over 13 years of experience in the publishing industry, Jim’s industry, operational and technical knowledge help develop and deliver technical solutions to solve strategic business issues. Responsible for directing all marketing operations for Hearst Magazines’ 19 publications, Jim’s expertise in data warehousing, database marketing and business intelligence solutions have been instrumental in taking Hearst Magazines beyond the boundaries of print, launching them into the digital world of today. Jim holds a BA in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and an MA in Medical Informatics from Columbia University in New York.
