Cindy Dullea, Chief Marketing Officer
Cindy Dullea started her professional career as a Registered Nurse working in the critical care and ER/Trauma departments of several large health systems. With significant experience in the healthcare arena, Cindy has worked for providers, payers and vendors. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the positions held by all major stakeholders. Most recently, she was a partner at Marbella Technologies, which was sold to GetWellNetwork in July 2014. Cindy was the SVP of Marketing for SCI Solutions and helped launch the company in 1999. She has also held positions at McKesson, HealthVISION, QuadraMed, the Eclipsys Corporation and Thomson Medstat. She holds an MBA from Stephens College and attended the Executive Business Course at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is board certified in Nursing Informatics, a Certified Healthcare Access Manager and retired from the US Navy holding the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Deputy Commander of the Navy Medicine National Capital Area and Deputy Director of the Navy Nurse Corps.
Jason Wallis - Senior Vice President, Patient Access
Jason Wallis joined Experian Health 15 years ago as a senior software developer and helped build the company’s first credit card application, first authorization tool, and was the primary lead in the creation of the organization’s Address & Identity Verification solution. Jason transformed the Experian Health clearinghouse from a simple network switch to a value added network that is currently the market leader in eligibility verification by volume. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Patient Access, Jason leads Experian Health’s Patient Access product teams and oversees its Passport eCare NEXT platform and real-time clearinghouse. Prior to joining Experian Health, Jason was a software developer with Central Parking. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Austin Peay State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
Paul Hoffman, Vice President, Product Development
Paul Hoffman, VP of Product Development Paul Hoffman is responsible for creating and designing our patient portal solutions. He pioneered the patient-friendly billing movement in 1991 at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago and his efforts lead to the launch of a uniquely human-centered approach to patient-communications at premier health systems like Cedars-Sinai, Stanford Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Advocate, Sutter Health and UCSF. In 2001, Paul developed the industry’s first self-service Online Business Office for patients, which is used by over 500 hospitals in America, touching over 50 million people across the country. Paul is a passionate visionary devoted to using design thinking and developing technology to improve the patient experience.
Stephen Benz, Regional Director, Clinical Solutions
Stephen Benz brings over 18 years of clinical IT experience in business development and business development tools to support the acquisition and installation of healthcare IT systems and solutions. Stephen is highly accomplished in hospital diagnostics and evaluation of front end Patient Access and Revenue Cycle processes with extensive experience developing business cases and presenting customized, solutions-based software sales demonstrations.
Jim Czajkowski, Regional Director, Clinical Solutions
Jim is a highly accomplished healthcare IT executive with dynamic skills in consultative/ diagnostic selling, account management and group presentations. Jim brings 10 years of patient access and revenue cycle expertise to Experian Health. Jim demonstrates an outstanding understanding of the needs of hospitals and physicians regarding revenue cycle, health information systems and web-based ordering software solutions.
Jorge Wong, Senior Product Director
Jorge Wong is responsible for developing Experian Health’s PaymentSafe solution. Jorge has over 20 years of experience working with hospitals to create more efficient, effective and patient-friendly payment solutions at point-of-service. He helped design one of the first POS collection products for the healthcare industry, which is still in use today. He has been with Experian Health and its affiliate companies throughout his healthcare career. Prior to entering the healthcare field, he was a CPA with one of the nation’s top accounting firms.
