A. Free! Yes, you read that right — HPS is free if you register by Aug. 16. Starting Aug. 17, the registration fee increases to $495. The registration fee includes all meals, refreshment breaks, general and breakout sessions, HPS entertainment, and conference and session materials.
A. This year HPS is free if you register by Aug. 16. Starting Aug. 17, payment via credit card is available through the online registration process. All major credit cards are accepted.
A. The Hyatt Regency New Orleans has a negotiated discounted room rate of $215 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, for registered attendees. Attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel reservation with a first night’s deposit.

A. Yes. We invite you to arrive early and/or extend your stay to enjoy the area. The conference rate of $215 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, is offered three days before and three days after the conference, depending on availability. If you’d like to extend your stay, you may do so on the hotel booking website.
A. No. Attendees are responsible for ground transportation between the airport and the hotel.
A. Yes. The guest registration fee is $100 and includes access to all conference-hosted meals and evening events. If you’d like to bring a guest, please have them register here.
A. Recommended attire for all sessions is business casual. Light sweaters are recommended, as meeting rooms can be cold. Evening event attire is casual.
