Through our partnership with Intelligent Search Technology we offer online CASS™ certification services which will verify, scrub and clean addresses while appending ZIP+4™ so that you can qualify for postage discounts.
The process is simple. Upload your list online, and they will clean your file with CASS Certified software and send it back to you with a report to present to the USPS® with your mailing.

- Corrects spelling errors and adds missing address elements
- Formats addresses to USPS standards
- Produces a CASS certification report
How it Works
Upload your list of addresses in a .csv or .txt comma-delimited file using our secure file upload on this website. We will then clean your address list and notify you by email within five business days (usually less) that your list is ready. In addition to your cleaned list, you will receive a data guide, a clean summary and a CASS PS3553 report, which can be submitted to the USPS for postage discounts. If you have any trouble along the way, live support is available via phone and we will be more than happy to help you.
