As President of Experian Marketing Services, Matt Seeley is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business in North America, with a primary focus on revenue growth, market penetration and client engagement. Additionally, he serves as Head of Global Product Development for the Experian Marketing Suite, the company’s full-scale, end-to-end marketing platform.
During his tenure as President, Seeley has played a critical role in the launch of award-winning products and initiatives and has been instrumental in facilitating the company’s global expansion. Under his direction, Experian Marketing Services has expanded from an organization comprising several different brands into an organization with a broad and compelling marketing technology portfolio. Seeley was the driving force behind combining all of Experian Marketing Services’ capabilities to create the Experian Marketing Suite, a cohesive end-to-end marketing platform that enables brands to create and deliver authentic customer experiences every time, in any channel and via any device.
With oversight of more than 1,000 major brand clients, Seeley is focused on strategic direction and investment priorities as the business continues to help organizations from around the world intelligently interact with today’s dynamic, empowered and hyperconnected customer. Seeley helped to create, CheetahMail®, the largest email company in the world from the ground up. Acquired by Experian in 2004, Seeley spearheaded CheetahMail’s aggressive global expansion efforts into nine countries around the world. In 2004, Seeley was promoted to President of the Experian Marketing Services Platforms division, where he led the development and growth initiatives for CheetahMail, QAS®, Hitwise®, Data Management Services and Digital Advertising. In 2010, Experian® appointed Seeley as President of Experian Marketing Services North America.
Jonathan 'Jonno' Hulford-Funnel is the Group Operating Officer for the global Experian Data Quality business, responsible for global strategic direction and operations. Jonno and his management team work to grow the Experian Marketing Services’ core value proposition and deliver technology and services that serve the growing data quality space.
Jonno joined the Experian Group as part of the QAS acquisition in 2004 whilst being based out in Boston. Alongside his position with Experian Data Quality, Jonno is also the Managing Director for Marketing Services EMEA, represented in four core countries: France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
In addition, Jonno has contributed to Experian's overall culture change program. He's actively driven several successful acquisitions and is known for taking on the difficult challenges in business.
Jonno is also a graduate of London Business School's Senior Executive Program.
Tom joined Experian in July 2013 as Managing Director of Experian Marketing Services in the UK & Ireland. Tom is responsible for overall business performance in the region, leading Experian Marketing Services as it grows its consumer insight and targeting, data quality and cross-channel marketing services. Additionally, Tom is Head of the Consumer Insights and Targeting Global Product Line.
Prior to joining Experian, Tom spent 18 years with Capgemini where he held various executive roles, including CEO of UK Consulting. Most recently he focused on the consulting specialism of digital transformation.
Tom has a strong client-focus, having worked with enterprise clients across a range of industries in his previous roles with Capgemini, Ernst & Young and Exxon Mobil.
Ashley Johnston leads brand awareness, marketing communications, product marketing and sales enablement initiatives for Experian Marketing Services in more than 30 countries around the world. Johnston has been a driving force in leading Experian Marketing Services from an organization comprising more than 100 products to a single global brand offering a cohesive end-to-end marketing platform. She manages a diverse team of brand and product marketers, creative experts and digital professionals and plays a key role in helping to fulfill the company’s global business strategies.
Under her leadership, Experian Marketing Services contributes widely to the digital-marketing technology industry by publishing research, analysis and insights to help marketers better connect and engage with their customers. She spearheaded the formation of several highly regarded client community programs, including Experian Marketing Services’ annual client summit, The Marketing Forward Tour, a global thought-leadership series, a peer-to-peer dinner series and client advisory boards.
Johnston has received numerous awards and honors for her accomplishments, including being the global recipient of the 2014 Gold Stevie Award for Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations and the 2014 Silver Stevie Award winner for Female Executive of the Year. She also was recognized as a 40 Under 40 winner by Direct Marketing News in two consecutive years and most recently was named as a 2015 Marketing Hall of Femme honoree. She frequently is quoted as an industry expert in top media outlets.
Michael Kennedy currently serves as Finance Vice President for North America Marketing Services. Kennedy brings twelve years of experience across Corporate Strategy, Innovation sufficiency, Supply Chain Optimization, Integration of Acquired Businesses, Long Range Financial Planning and Analysis, Customer/Channel Strategy and Project Management.
Prior to joining Experian, Kennedy worked for the consumer products company Procter and Gamble. At Procter and Gamble, he supported marketing, sales, supply chain, and worked on purchasing and education for brands including Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances, Dolce &Gabbana Make-up, Gucci Fragrances, Lacoste, Hugo Boss, The Art of Shaving, Fekkai, and SK-II.
Michael graduated from Xavier University with a master’s degree in finance and business administration.
As Vice President of Human Resources for Experian Marketing Services, Caliopie Walsh leads all aspects of employee relations; talent recruitment; and retention, training and compensation for Experian Marketing Services in North America.
Since joining the team in North America, Walsh spearheaded the development of the company’s Women’s Leadership Network, a program designed to accelerate women’s path to leadership through training, peer-to-peer networking and internal gender-awareness education. Walsh brings extensive experience in managing human resources for global, technology and media companies to her role at Experian Marketing Services. She joined Experian from Coach Inc., where she was the Divisional Vice President of International Human Resources.
Before her position at Coach, Walsh served as Vice President, Human Resources, at Sirius Satellite Radio, Cendant Corporation and CBS MarketWatch. She also worked overseas in Hong Kong with DoubleClick/Google as Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, and as a human resources management associate in Brazil for Citibank. Walsh earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial psychology from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.

Mar has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the digital marketing space, driving deep client relationships and expanding revenues through her knowledge of online marketing and business development. In her current sales leadership role, Mar is charged with leading the go to market strategy and a dynamic, multi-functional team to drive the Experian Marketing Suite story into today's complex mar-tech environments.
Prior to Experian, Mar held sales and sales management roles at Arthur Andersen, AT&T, and DoubleClick.

Spencer Kollas is a recognized industry leader in email deliverability and subscriber engagement. For more than a decade, Kollas has worked with the world’s foremost email marketers to help them connect with their customers and increase the return on investment (ROI) of their email marketing initiatives.
As Vice President of Global Deliverability Services, Kollas is responsible for the product development and innovation road map of Experian Marketing Services’ email deliverability services in more than 30 countries around the world. He works directly with Experian Marketing Services’ clients to help them understand best practices around email delivery and how consumers in different regions worldwide approach and use the email marketing channel. He also works with Internet service providers to understand the way their filtering systems work in order to create valuable, strategic and tactical insights on how client messages can stay in their customers’ inboxes. As an active member in several industry organizations, including the Email Sender & Provider Coalition, the Messaging Anti-Abuse Work Group, the Email Experience Council and the Anti-Phishing Work Group, Kollas has become a key resource for the marketing community at large regarding the latest deliverability trends and industry best practices.
Kollas was named a Top 50 Email Marketing Influencer on Social Media by Vocus, Inc. and is quoted frequently in industry publications such as Direct Marketing News, MediaPost, FierceCMO and others. He lends his expertise on topics around deliverability for industry conferences and events such as the Direct Marketing Association’s Email Evolution Conference and MediaPost’s Email Insider Summit, among others.
