Hotel reservations can be made while registering for Vision 2026. After completing your event registration, you’ll have options to select and secure your hotel room.

A negotiated room rate of $349, plus applicable fees and taxes, is available exclusively to registered Vision 2026 attendees. All attendees are responsible for covering their own hotel expenses, and a valid credit card is required to secure your room. 

Room reservations must be completed by Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, to receive the discounted group rate.
