The early-bird fee of $1,695 is valid until Monday, March 31. The price will increase to $1,995 on Tuesday, April 1. On Tuesday, July 1, the fee goes up to $2,295. On Monday, Sept. 1, the fee goes up to $2,495. The fee includes all meals, refreshment breaks, access to all general and breakout sessions, all conference and session materials, entertainment, and one networking activity.

Group rates are also available. For groups of 5 or more attendees, enjoy a special discount of $100 off the current listed price per registrant.

Conference registrations may be canceled in writing until Monday, Sept. 1. Please email your cancellation request to visionconference@experian.com. Refunds won’t be issued for registrants who don’t attend if they haven’t provided written notification prior to Monday, Sept. 1. Substitutions will be accepted through the registration closing date of Monday, Sept. 1.

JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa has a negotiated room rate of $299 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, for registered Vision 2025 attendees. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel reservation. Room reservations must be made by Wednesday, Sept. 3, to receive the discounted group rate.

Yes, please feel free to arrive early and/or extend your stay and enjoy the area. The conference rate of $299, plus applicable taxes and fees, is offered 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, depending on availability at the time you make your reservation. Remember the cutoff for receiving the room rate is Wednesday, Sept. 3, and based on availability.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the hotel and airport. JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is located approximately 19 miles from Miami Int'l Airport (MIA) and 12 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Int'l Airport (FLL). 

Taxis, rideshare services and shuttles, as well as all major rental car companies are available at the airport. The hotel doesn’t provide its own shuttle service to/from the hotel and airport.

We’re all used to comfy-casual and athleisurewear, but get excited to dust off those business/smart casual and cocktail attire pieces and pack them with you for Vision 2025. Recommended attire for all sessions is business/smart casual and cocktail attire for evening events.
