The early-bird fee of $1,595 is valid until Friday, Jan. 26. The price will increase to $1,995 on Saturday, Jan. 27. On Monday, April 1, the fee goes up to $2,295. The fee includes all meals, refreshment breaks, access to all general and breakout sessions, all conference and session materials, entertainment, and one networking activity.

Group rates are also available. For groups of 5 or more attendees, enjoy a special discount of $100 off the current listed price per registrant.

Conference registrations may be canceled in writing until Monday, May 6. Please email your cancellation request to visionconference@experian.com. Refunds won’t be issued for registrants who don’t attend if they haven’t provided written notification prior to Monday, May 6. Substitutions will be accepted through the registration closing date of Monday, May 6.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has a negotiated room rate of $359 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, for registered Vision 2024 attendees. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel reservation. Room reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 17, to receive the discounted group rate.

Yes, we invite you to arrive early and/or extend your stay and enjoy the area. The conference rate of $359, plus applicable taxes and fees, is offered 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, depending on availability at the time you make your reservation. Remember the cutoff for receiving the room rate is Wednesday, April 17, and based upon availability.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the hotel and airport. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is located approximately 22 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). 

Taxis, rideshare services and shuttles, as well as all major rental car companies are available at the airport. The hotel doesn’t provide its own shuttle service to/from the hotel and airport.   

Complimentary departure shuttle service from the hotel to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) will be provided on the last day of the conference, Thursday, May 23, from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m.

We’re all used to comfy-casual and athleisurewear, but get excited to dust off those business/smart casual and cocktail attire pieces and pack them with you for Vision 2024. Recommended attire for all sessions is business/smart casual and cocktail attire for evening events.

Yes. The guest registration fee is $750 and includes all evening events and a Tuesday afternoon networking activity. Vision 2024 general sessions and breakout sessions aren’t included. Guests must be adults (18 years of age or older) and can’t work in a financial service-related industry.
