Shelley Kessler is in her seventh year at Experian Marketing Services. As Manager, Reporting and Analytics, she and her team provide custom executive dashboards and reports. She also produces benchmarks, white papers, and blogs focused on multi-channel trends, as well as seasonal performance analysis reviews, and specific client projects. Prior to joining Experian, she was Senior Marketing Analyst at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where she provided program analysis, segmentation and recommendations for email and direct marketing campaigns for eight worldwide brands.
