How it Works
Upload your list of addresses in a .csv or .txt comma-delimited file using our secure file upload on this website. We will then cleanse your address list and notify you by email within five business days (usually less) that your list is ready. In addition to your cleaned list, you will receive a data guide, a clean summary and a CASS PS3553 report, which can be submitted to the USPS for postage discounts. If you have any trouble along the way, live support is available via phone and we will be more than happy to help you.
Cleaning your file with a CASS Certified service is one of the requirements to obtain postal discounts. Please check with the USPS to see what other requirements are needed for your mailing to qualify for postal discounts.
