A credit bureau system needs to be tailored to the market and legal requirements relevant to the country where the solution is to be deployed.
Experian can provide a well designed, flexible and scalable bureau model that can be customized based on these local market needs.
Experian can develop and deliver a turnkey solution based on detailed requirements submitted by the Bureau Operator. This solution will include application software, IT infrastructure, and consultancy and operational support (if needed) for the initial live operation of the bureau solution.
From the hardware prospective, the solution will be equipped with high availability servers. There will be redundant equipment to cater for any hardware failures. Web servers will be configured for load balancing. All network hardware will be deployed in resilient pairs so the resilient partner will take over in the event of a failure.
A disaster recovery system will be deployed as single-legged environment within the secondary site (same site option is also available). The web server and application server will be exact copies of their equivalents at the primary site. The database will be updated from the main site DB server either on a per-transaction or per-hour/per-day basis.
