Choose your own career path from the following areas:


Analytics roles may focus on data analytics or business analytics. As a Graduate Data Analyst, your rotations could include building and monitoring the integrity of data models and tools or analysing and deriving insight from complex datasets to support the development of new and existing products and solutions. As a Graduate Business Analyst you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs in order to develop new, or configure existing products for them. 

Sales and Business Development

Your Sales and Business Development Graduate Programme will see you work with a variety of client and product portfolios. Your initial projects will focus on supporting the team to achieve our objectives, as you develop a strong understanding of our products, tools and approach before establishing your own client relationships and career as an experienced account manager. 


Our HR Graduate Programme provides you with a solid grounding on which to build your HR Career, allowing you to get to grips with anything from employee relations to attracting the most talented people, from training and development to benefits and rewards. You may also experience a rotation in an international assignment, further enhancing your understanding of HR practices on a global scale.

Software Development

As a graduate software developer, you could be helping drive and deliver business transformation for our clients around the world through designing, building, testing and deploying strategic solutions for them, using Microsoft ASP.Net.(MVC and Core), Java and SQL Server. Alternatively, you’ll be involved in the development of our existing products and services that we provide to consumers, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build for the web, as well as writing backend code in either C# or Java. Either way, you will work as part of an agile delivery team that strives for excellence. As technology is ever evolving and innovating, so are we at Experian and we are always looking to embrace new tools and technologies to ensure that software is robust, maintainable and scalable.

Information Technology

Your rotations in our Technology Graduate Programme within our Experian IT Services division could include positions in Infrastructure & Operations, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Data Platform,  Security, Enterprise Architecture and our Corporate Project Management Office, providing a broad range of skills. You may also experience the truly global nature of our company by spending an extended period in one of our global locations.

Project Management

As a Graduate Product Executive, you'll work cross-functionally to support delivery of the development, roll-out, positioning and ongoing management of products and solutions. Working across a breadth of products and projects, you'll develop your skills for a successful career in Product Management.

With our Active Lifecycle Management teams, you'll experience the ‘in life’ elements of product management, ranging from entering new markets, through to adopting sales incentives to widen your products’ audience. In New Product Development, you’ll be involved in the design, build and implementation of new product ideas.

Typical Selection Process for all Early Careers Programmes

1. Apply online with your CV

Your CV is our first opportunity to meet you and should highlight your academic and work experience, as well as your key skills.

2. Telephone or video interview

Arranged at a time to suit you, we’ll be interested to learn more about your experiences, your understanding of Experian and your interest the role you are applying to

3. Online testing

We’ll ask you to demonstrate your numerical, verbal or logical reasoning skills through online tests. You’ll have the opportunity to practice before sitting the test at a time that suits you

4. Assessment Centre

Our assessment centres are a two way process, providing you with the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and abilities as well as learn more about us. You’ll be interviewed by your potential new team and participate in group and individual exercises and tests.

5. Offer

We make offers and provide feedback as soon as possible after assessment centre. We’ll let you know expected timings during your assessment centre

6. Onboarding

Before you start, you’ll receive an electronic offer pack and request for additional information to enable us to carry out appropriate checks to ensure everything is ready before you start.
