You can choose to stop receiving email from Experian at any time. You have a number of options for unsubscribing from marketing messages for the different services we offer.
For any of the available options, if you wish to unsubscribe with respect to more than one email address, you must provide a separate request for each email address.
Email Messages Sent From Experian As The Marketer
Experian markets its own products and services by email. When Experian is the marketer, we will always be identified as such in the mailing's content. Every email sent from Experian will include appropriate unsubscribe instructions. Unsubscribing from email offers for a specific Experian service only unsubscribes you out of that service unless you choose to unsubscribe from other services.
To unsubscribe from all email marketing messages from Experian, you may also send an email to unsubscribe@experian.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Please clearly state in your email, "Unsubscribe me from all Experian email marketing."
Experian's Permission-Based Email Database
Experian maintains a database of permission-based email addresses that are used by Experian and other marketers to send you offers of interest via email.
To remove your email address from this database, send an email to unsubscribeall@experian.com from the email address you wish to remove. Please clearly state in your email, "Remove me from Experian's email database."
Your request will be processed in a timely manner. Once your request has been processed, your email address will no longer be used by Experian or be shared with third parties.
If you remove your email from Experian's email database, you may continue to receive email messages from other marketers. Additionally, unsubscribing with a partner of Experian does not remove you from Experian's email database.
