eSolutions
What is eSolutions?
eSolutions is an application that enables web access to Credit Services products using a standard browser. eSolutions provides an excellent alternative to data access terminals or other access methods. It is an ideal solution if you:

  • Access Experian from multiple locations
  • Have multiple or remote location users
  • Have volume levels that do not justify or require leased line access
  • Require no vendor software or system integration
  • Need a manual review or backup system

Simple to set up. Easy to use.
eSolutions works on any Internet-ready PC with a standard browser, and requires no special hardware, software or accessories. Its ease of use reduces your customer training time and associated costs. And eSolutions is available at no additional cost to Experian clients.

How to access eSolutions

Online registration – Please have your company’s Head Security Designate visit Experian’s client registration. Registration will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Offline registration – The table below provides a quick guide on the steps required to access eSolutions.

Step 1: Determine if your company is already set up with a user ID and password by contacting customer service at 800 831 5614
Already set up in ACS Not set up in ACS
Step 2: Contact Head Security Designate (HSD) for your company Determine appropriate Head Security Designate (HSD) for your company
Step 3: HSD contacts customer service to add additional products/subcodes HSD completes the Customer Head Security Designate Authorization Form, available from Experian customer service or Experian’s client registration
Step 4: HSD sets up designates and/or users for new branch or group Send form to sales rep or customer service for assignment of products/subcodes
Step 5: Access eSolutions User ID and temporary password issued to HSD
Step 6: HSD sets up designates and/or users for new branch or group
Step 7: Access eSolutions

    Secured Socket Layer of 128-bit encryption
  • User ID and password for every user accessing eSolutions
  • Real-time usage reports, including applicant data, product data and access specifics
  • Third-party audit of Experian's security platform and eSolutions, including rigorous assessment of application controls, procedures and polices

You can impose specific restrictions on user access according to:

  • Subcodes and products
  • Hours and days of the week
  • Particular computer locations
