It is always an exciting time at Experian as we prepare for Vision, our annual client conference. Although normally held in the fall, the conference will be held in May this year. This is not the only change. Because the integration of the Baker Hill® product suite has been completed, we are offering an expanded session list on lending for our small and mid-tier clients. These sessions will include topics on origination efficiencies, scoring products and services, and small-business lending.

With more than 70 sessions to choose from, you will find information covering all areas of the Customer Life Cycle. To help you select sessions, Experian® has grouped sessions into the following tracks:

  • Prospecting and acquisition
  • Portfolio management and loss mitigation
  • Collections and recovery
  • Fraud prevention
  • Decisioning strategies
  • Small business and commercial banking
  • Analytics and insights
  • Hot topics

We understand the challenges that you are facing today and have worked to identify topics that are the most appropriate for these times. Many of our sessions combine the industry expertise of our employees with client testimonials from your peers. There is great insight to be obtained from hearing these experiences. Couple these exciting sessions with great networking opportunities and you have an environment that fosters great new ideas.

Make your plans now to join us May 2–5 in Phoenix, Ariz., for this exciting event.
