Matt Seeley is Global President of the Experian Marketing Suite, the company’s full-scale, end-to-end marketing platform. In this role, Seeley is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business, including revenue growth, market penetration and client engagement. He is keenly focused on bringing innovative products and services to market that enable organizations to effectively create and deliver meaningful customer experiences at every point of contact, in any channel and on any device.
During his tenure, Seeley has played a critical role in the launch of award-winning products and initiatives and has been instrumental in facilitating the company’s global expansion. Under his direction, the Experian Marketing Suite has expanded from an organization comprised of several different brands into one with a broad and impactful marketing technology portfolio. Created in 2010, the Experian Marketing Suite uniquely combines all of Experian Marketing Services’ cross-channel capabilities, enabling brands to effectively target and engage their customers across multiple channels and devices, which provide superior customer experiences that strengthen brand advocacy and maximize profits.
Seeley’s history with outstanding global growth began when he helped to create CheetahMail®, the largest email company in the world, from the ground up. Acquired by Experian in 2004, Seeley spearheaded CheetahMail’s aggressive global expansion efforts into nine countries around the world. In 2004, he was promoted to President of the Experian Marketing Services Platforms division, where he led the development and growth initiatives for CheetahMail, QAS®, Hitwise®, Data Management Services and Digital Advertising.
As a pioneer in digital and direct marketing, Seeley has a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and vast experience with helping industry-leading clients strengthen brand equity while leveraging the optimal mix of channels to maximize return on investment. Emad Georgy leads global software engineering, development and product management for Experian Marketing Services in over 30 countries around the world.
Georgy’s team of developers, engineers, strategists, data scientists and technologists support clients across more than 30 countries. Georgy is an advocate for “a more human tech culture” and spends 50 percent of his time cultivating talent that can generate remarkable innovations.
Georgy has made a formidable contribution to the Experian’s marketing technology portfolio, which is how, According to Chief Martech, Experian became the 2nd largest marketing technology company in the world today. While at Experian, Georgy and his team developed the architectural framework to enhance and connect natural synergies across Experian’s diverse portfolio of marketing products and best-in-class data services as the foundation of the Experian Marketing Suite. He is also responsible for developed the industry’s first digital linkage platform for marketers built on HBase and Hadoop, which today serves some of the largest brands in the world. Georgy and his team were recognized for this as finalists in Cloudera’s Data Impact Awards in 2015.
Prior to joining Experian, Georgy held numerous global software leadership positions in companies such as Wolters Kluwer, Macromedia, ACS and KPMG.
In 2013, he was named a Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld. Georgy is a frequent speaker at Big Data and software conferences such as Computerworld’s Data+ conference, Scrum Alliance Gatherings, Better Software conferences and The Big Data Retail forum. He is a regular contributor to AdExchanger’s “Data-Driven Thinker” column series and has been quoted throughout the industry in media outlets such as Information Management, The Hub, Direct Marketing News, and analyst reports from Altimeter and The Relevancy Group.
Georgy holds a Master of Arts in organization leadership from Biola University and a Bachelor of Science in information systems at Loyola Marymount University.
Jeffrey Wilks leads Experian Marketing Services’ cross-channel marketing business in North America. He is responsible for driving growth across Experian’s unique set of products, services and capabilities which are designed to help businesses plan, and execute, customer-centric marketing strategies.
Jeffrey’s career in advertising and marketing spans over 30 years, during which he was focused on developing successful go-to-market strategies and executions for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Jeffrey has held a number of senior leadership roles at major global technology companies and international ad agencies. These include eBay, Gannett, WPP and inVentiv Health. During his tenure at WPP within Ogilvy Worldwide, he managed the agency’s relationship with IBM as president of IBM Brand Services Worldwide. At eBay, he served as head of client services for the company’s Enterprise Marketing Solutions business. Jeffrey was both the Chief Operating Officer and a founding partner in Bouchez Kent + Company. Most recently, he was president of the advertising group for inVentiv Health, a privately held healthcare services company.
Jeffrey’s career includes many accolades, including leadership roles in multiple Effie-Award-winning campaigns. He was named by Crain’s New York Business as one of the “40 Under 40,” which honors the top 40 executives under age 40 in New York City. He also has held board member positions with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the Online Publishers Association (OPA) and Swarm Mobile. Jeffrey is currently the board vice president of USA Climbing.
He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and completed postgraduate executive education programs at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
Caliopie Walsh is the Vice President, Human Resources for Experian Marketing Services. In her current role she is responsible for execution of the people strategy for Experian Marketing Services in North America as well as the day to day human resources activities around the region. Caliopie has recently returned from an assignment in our Corporate Global Human Resources group based in London. There she headed up the Heart of Experian Culture program as well as several Global Talent programs such as the Experian Business Network, CEO Forum and Global HR Graduate program. Previously in Experian, as a HR Business Partner, she worked with the Global Product Development group for Marketing Services.
Caliopie joined Experian, from Coach Inc., where she was the Divisional Vice President of International. Based in Hong Kong, she ran international HR teams in China, Hong Kong and New York and led the acquisition of the Greater China business from an overseas distributor, built the organization from 2 to 350 employees, added 50 new stores and $100 million in revenue. Before her position at Coach, she held Vice President, HR positions at Sirius Satellite Radio, Cendant Corporation and Screaming Media. She also worked overseas in Hong Kong with DoubleClick/Google as Director HR of APAC, and as a HR Management Associate in Brazil for Citibank.
Caliopie holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of Illinois, Champaign, and a Master’s of Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Kevin Dean is the general manager of Experian Marketing Services’ Targeting business, the primary data, identity linkage, and audience activation partner in the advertising industry today.
Under Dean’s leadership, Experian Marketing Services has emerged as the centerpiece of today’s data-fueled revolution in advertising, serving as the common link and trusted data execution partner for the advertisers, agencies, technology vendors and publishers that make up the advertising and marketing technology industry today.
Dean joined Experian in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Global Product Management. During his tenure in that role, Dean led the global expansion of Experian’s extensive marketing data assets and services and invested heavily in the acquisition and compilation of data, lifecycle product management and product innovation which became the foundation of the company’s transition from direct marketing into digital advertising.
Prior to joining Experian, Dean spent ten years in leadership roles at Equifax, most recently serving as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Partnerships where he led a cross-functional team charged with identifying and on-boarding partners. He also served as Vice President, Product Management at Equifax where he led Product Management for Consumer and Credit Marketing. Previously he served as Director of Marketing at Cendant and Marketing Manager at Vita-Mix Corporation.

Bridget Bidlack leads the global product vision, evolution and innovation for the Experian Marketing Suite in over 30 countries around the world.
In this role, she is responsible for further unifying Experian’s industry-leading technology, data and services for digital advertising and cross-channel marketing within the Experian Marketing Suite, as well as oversee a global team responsible for product planning, execution, training and analyst relations. Known for her industry savvy and insight, Bidlack was named in 2014 as one of Adweek’s “12 Stars of Ad Tech Who Are Building the Future of the Industry Right Now.” In 2015 she was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.”
Bidlack brings more than 15 years of experience to the Experian team in transforming and scaling digital-marketing businesses. She served as vice president, enterprise products, at Rocket Fuel, where she led product management for the company’s platform business and was instrumental in integrating the company’s people, processes and tools after the acquisition of data management company [x+1]. Bidlack served as senior vice president, product management, at [x+1], overseeing the Origin Digital Marketing Hub platform.
Prior to [x+1], Bidlack held numerous leadership positions at Traffiq, Turn and Microsoft. She got her start in digital advertising and email marketing at Bluestreak, an industry pioneer in digital marketing. She started her career at IBM in the Global Services division, supporting Fortune 500 clients using IBM’s Customer Relationship Management, call center and middleware products.
Bidlack holds a Master of Science in information systems science from Salve Regina University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in business computer information systems from Hofstra University.
