Crista Harwood - Chief Administrative Officer
Crista Harwood leads the organization’s legal and contracting functions with its business partners and thousands of clients across the U.S. Before joining Experian Health, Crista practiced corporate finance law with Nashville firm Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. She has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in corporate financial transactions and is well versed in private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Crista worked as a financial analyst at General Motors Corporation and as an industrial engineer at Ford Motor Company. She earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, Flint, Mich.
Cindy Dullea - Chief Marketing Officer
Cindy Dullea started her professional career as a Registered Nurse working in the critical care and ER/Trauma departments of several large health systems. With significant experience in the healthcare arena, Cindy has worked for providers, payers and vendors. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the positions held by all major stakeholders. Most recently, she was a partner at Marbella Technologies, which was sold to GetWellNetwork in July 2014. Cindy was the SVP of Marketing for SCI Solutions and helped launch the company in 1999. She has also held positions at McKesson, HealthVISION, QuadraMed, the Eclipsys Corporation and Thomson Medstat. She holds an MBA from Stephens College and attended the Executive Business Course at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Cindy is board certified in Nursing Informatics, a Certified Healthcare Access Manager and retired from the US Navy, holding the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Deputy Commander of the Navy Medicine National Capital Area and Deputy Director of the Navy Nurse Corps.
Nicole Rogas - Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Nicole Rogas is responsible for leading Experian Health’s Sales teams focused on driving company growth through all healthcare channels including hospitals, physicians, payers, labs, pharmacies, and partnerships. She is also responsible for the Sales Operation’s organization focused on sales reporting, sales analytics, return on investment studies, pricing strategy and industry education to our field. Nicole brings with her a successful track record as an individual contributor as well as building successful, dynamic teams that have consistently met and exceeded all goals over the course of her 13 year career in Healthcare IT.
Nicole’s career in Healthcare began with Pro-Services, Inc. in 2003, a Milwaukee-based technology arm of Blue Cross of Wisconsin. As an individual contributor, she worked to sell claims management submission software to physician practices and small hospitals. In 2004, Passport Health acquired Pro-Services, Inc. Over the course of the next 10 years, Nicole moved through the ranks from individual contributor at Passport, to eventually leading the Eastern US Sales force. In 2013, Experian Inc. acquired Passport Health to continue its growth strategy in the health IT space. Post-acquisition, Nicole was given the responsibility to lead the largest sales region and within one year, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of sales.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also obtained her MBA in Healthcare Administration and Entrepreneurship, graduating with top honors from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois while working full-time at Passport Health.
Kathleen Harris, Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Products & Analytics
With 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle technologies and services, Kathleen Harris currently leads Experian Health’s revenue cycle claims, contract management, and analytics businesses, which are designed to help clients achieve optimal operational and financial results from Experian Health’s revenue cycle solutions and increase workflow efficiencies across the revenue cycle. Kathleen’s industry experience includes executive and operational leadership for a variety of revenue cycle businesses including extended business office operations, claims management, managed care contract and charge auditing, revenue cycle consulting, and health analytics. Kathleen holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University.
