Jason Considine - Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement
Jason Considine joined Experian Health in 2008 and has held numerous roles including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Patient Collections & Engagement, Jason’s responsibilities are managing the growth, product vision and execution of Experian Health’s patient collection and engagement solutions. Prior to Experian Health, Jason held sales and business development leadership positions at WebMD, Emdeon and Sage. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, is a member of HIMSS and HFMA and is CRCR certified.
Heather Grover, Vice President, Product Management
Heather Grover is responsible for all product strategy and product innovation for the Collections Optimization and Compliance Manager platforms. Heather is currently a VP of Product Management. Prior to this, she held a role in New Product Development, where she was responsible for launching new Experian Health products to the market. Additionally, Heather was VP, Strategy Development for Experian Health where she helped advance strategic initiatives across the business. Since joining Experian in 2001, she has served in various Experian business units in product, marketing and strategy roles. As part of the Credit Services GBL, she developed global product platforms and strategy with specific support in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Within the Fraud & Identity Solutions group, she was the Senior Director of Product Management, where she built the Precise ID platform from concept to multi-million dollar platform. She also served as a product and marketing manager for Consumer Credit and Collection products, creating one of the BU’s first web delivery strategies. Preceding her tenure at Experian, Heather held product and marketing roles at AltaVista, Ingram Micro, and Mattel. Heather has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
Steve Millhouse, Vice President of Product Operations, Patient Collections
Steve Millhouse serves as Vice President of Product Operations, Patient Collections at Experian Health, where he is responsible for the operations of the Patient Collections business unit, including the development, data delivery, and Collections Optimization Manager consulting teams. Steve has been with Experian for 18 years, and has held a variety of product management and technical service leadership positions.
Liz Serie, Director of Product Management, Patient Collections and Engagement
Liz Serie is responsible for Experian Health’s Identity Verification, and Patient Financial Clearance solutions. She has 15 years of product development and operational leadership experiences in healthcare, technology and retail industries. Liz has strong experience with helping clients gain user adoption for their applications along with supporting implementations of revenue cycle solutions that increase the collection speed and the dollar amounts of patient payments. Liz holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a comprehensive focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
