What is eSolutions?
eSolutions enables real-time, browser-based access to Experian products and solutions via the Web. Currently eSolutions houses three (3) Solution Suites: Credit Solutions, Prescreen Solutions, and Custom Solutions. Each Solution Suite offers products to enhance your credit-making or marketing decisions. Simply submit your credit request or prescreen list via our user-friendly application pages and eSolutions will return the credit or prescreen report for your viewing.

What products and solutions are offered through eSolutions?
Today, eSolutions houses three (3) Solutions Suites; Credit Solutions, Prescreen Solutions, and Custom Solutions.
The Credit Solutions Suite offers 10 core credit products in its Credit Solutions Suite:

In addition, eSolutions offers its clients the ability to add to their product request an Experian Risk Score Model and/or include a Demographics Band, Direct Check, Fraud Shield and/or Profile Summary to assist in your credit decisioning process.
The Prescreen Solutions Suite is eSolutions premium self-service prescreen service. The first solution that we have introduced to this suite is iScreen.
- iScreen enables clients to quickly obtain consumer counts and credit worthy names from the Experian’s File One database or from a client-supplied consumer list. Geographic and credit attribute filters result in a real-time, completely customized client prescreen list. iScreen is a product for any client or industry wanting to target profitable consumers. Its automated list fulfillment solution provides the ability to directly access, target and secure accurate counts and generate FCRA compliant marketing lists via the Internet. Use your own prospect list for prescreening purposes or Experian’s prospect database is comprised from an extract of Experian's exclusive File OneSM consumer credit database. Users must have permissible-purpose as defined by the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to be granted access to iScreen because of the sensitive credit information which is available through this service.

The Custom Solutions Suite tailors the Experian credit products and services to meet the needs of your company and industry. Experian's Account Executives and Solutions Consultants work directly with you to evaluate your solution requirements. Using information gathered from you, the Solutions Consultant works with Experian's technical staff to design develop and implement a custom solution to match your requirements. Ultimately, you will receive a solution designed to meet your unique business needs that is accessible through the same user-friendly eSolutions interface that you are currently utilizing.

If I am not yet an Experian client, who do I contact to begin using eSolutions?
All new clients must complete the new membership process to become an Experian customer. A signed eSolutions Agreement and a valid subscriber code must be on file. What are the hardware and software requirements to access eSolutions?
No additional hardware or software is required beyond a standard CPU with an Internet connection. There are no special certificates required on the browser side to access our credit products through the Internet. Standard browsers such as Internet Explorer 6+, Netscape 8 and Firefox 1+ are recommended. Browser must support 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

Are there any legal agreements required before accessing eSolutions?
You must be an Experian customer with a current Subscriber Service Agreement on file. In addition, a “Customer Head Security Designate Authorization Form” must be submitted by an authorized representative of the company.
